Kellogg police investigating hit and run
KELLOGG — Kellogg police are looking for help locating a vehicle and driver involved in a hit-and-run that occurred Sunday afternoon.
According to KDP, around 2 p.m., a white Dodge Ram pickup drove into a building near the intersection of East Portland Avenue and Fir Street. Due to the damage caused by the accident, police suspect that the truck will have noticeable damage to the driver’s side bumper, headlight and turn signal.
No one was hurt in the crash, but significant damage was done to the building.
Police were able to obtain security footage from several buildings in the area, but none of them could provide a clear picture of the vehicle’s license plate.
From the footage obtained, the vehicle appears to have four different wheels and damage on the passenger side, KPD Chief Paul Twidt said.
Anyone with information about the vehicle should contact the Kellogg Police Department at 208-784-1131.
