REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALTA SURVEYORS In accordance with Idaho Code 67-2320, The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) will accept Statement of Qualifications for professional ALTA SURVEYORS to establish a statewide roster for projects within the six ITD District areas. ALTA Surveying services will vary greatly with the individual projects within each District. ITD will evaluate each Statement of Qualifications and will create one statewide roster of qualified ALTA Surveyors. Interested firms are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications to be evaluated and considered. Statement of Qualifications will be accepted at the Idaho Transportation Department located at 11331 W Chinden Blvd, Bldg 8, Boise, Idaho 83714.
