Celebrate Valentine's Day at 16th annual Sweethearts Ball
Enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing this Valentine's Day at Habitat for Humanity of North Idaho's 16th annual Sweethearts Ball.
The "Hearts for Homes" event will be from 5 to 11 p.m. at the Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn, 506 W. Appleway Ave.
Guests will enjoy roses, chocolates and gifts as well as a surf-and-turf buffet and music by the Heather King Band.
All proceeds from the Sweethearts Ball will support local families in building strength, stability and independence through the secure foundation of homeownership. Attendees will have opportunities to bid on silent and live auction items, buy roses, sign a stud that will be framed into Habitat for Humanity's next multi-unit housing complex on Second Street and participate in the Square Foot Competition.
All proceeds will support the nonprofit Habitat for Humanity of North Idaho, which draws people together for the common goal of eliminating poverty housing.
Tickets are $80 per person and are on sale now. Event sponsorships are also available.
