Our incredible heart, our wonderful Lovebox, the amazing ticker. The heart is more than a pump it’s also an emotional center. A hardworking organ that is loved by both poets and physicians alike. And sadly, heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the USA. Even worse, about 1 in 5 heart attacks are silent — the damage is done, but the person is not even aware of it. Because heart disease is so serious, so common, and so PREVENTABLE…I want to tell you more about what we do here at Vital Health.

When we accept a new patient, we do a detailed bio-functional analysis. While we are focused on helping people relieve a specific problem, we want to get a complete picture of the person’s health. That’s because we treat the whole person, not just the disease. Everything in the body is connected and we are “Health Detectives.” This commonsense approach is incredibly effective, and as a result we have thousands of satisfied patients.

Disease is a process that starts with physical degeneration of the tissues and most of the time we must lose about 40% function before we experience a symptom. Maybe that’s why, for many people, the first sign of heart disease is a heart attack. Physical degeneration is mainly caused by a deficiency of required nutrients. When the body lacks essential building blocks to regenerate and build healthy tissues, dysfunction occurs.  Every tissue in the body is constantly remodeling itself. Older cells die off and are replaced by fresh, new healthy ones. This dynamic process of remodeling is constant and necessary, so if a person doesn’t have great building materials, the new cells will be less healthy than they could be, and the structure and function of the organ’s declines.

With our Complete Bio-functional Analysis we can often find subtle nutritional deficiencies that cause a person’s heart to function sub optimally. Combined with the other tests we use to assess a person’s health; we get a detailed picture of the patient’s health challenges. We find the missing pieces to the puzzle.  Once we find what the person is missing nutritionally, we can provide the nutrition and dietary guidance to restore the person's health and vitality.

Then, using acupuncture specific for the individual, we work to correct a person’s imbalances and upregulate the function of the heart and other organs. It’s simple, corrective and it works. Symptoms go away and a feeling of healthy vitality occurs.
