PROJECT TITLE: Rockford Bay Road Over Bellgrove Creek Culvert Replacement
The Worley Highway District is requesting Bids for the Rockford Bay Road Over Bellgrove Creek Culvert Replacement. Bids will be received by the Worley Highway District in Kootenai County, Idaho at 12799 W. Ness Road, Worley, ID 83876 until 8:45 am local time on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Bids hand delivered or mailed shall be delivered or mailed to the Owner, Worley Highway District at 2799 W. Ness Road, Worley, ID 83876, shall be clearly marked “Bid Enclosed - Rockford Bay Road Over Bellgrove Creek Culvert Replacement”. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following work:
Remove and replace the existing box culvert underneath Rockford Bay Rd with a 19.2’ x 11.75’ corrugated aluminum pipe arch and reconstruct the adjacent portions of Rockford Bay Rd. Project includes demolition, excavation and embankment, backfilling, paving, drainage improvements, temporary and permanent erosion control, traffic control, concrete barriers, and pavement markings.
It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements.
The Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC) 2020 Edition apply to this project except as modified by the Contract Documents.
This project is not subject to Prevailing Wages and American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements.
