RATHDRUM — Lakeland’s Karstyn Kiefer had wins in the 100-meter hurdles, 300 hurdles and 4x100 relay, leading the Hawks to the team title at the Lakeland Invitational at Lakeland High.
Lakeland won the girls team title with 150 points, followed by Sandpoint with 109.83.
Sandpoint won the boys team title with 113 points.

POST FALLS — After the Trojans posted a 6-2 breakthrough win in the opener, the visiting Vikings responded with a 10-0 victory in the nightcap to clinch the No. 1 seed to the upcoming 6A District 1 tournament.
In the first game, sophomore Natalie Stroud hit a three-run triple to highlight a six-run first inning for Post Falls (7-9, 6-8 IEL). McKenna Zimmerman and Jaya Felix each had RBI singles for the Trojans.
Lexie McCarroll scattered four hits for Post Falls, three by Jenna Davenport.
In the second game, Abbey Linder hit a two-run homer in the second inning and finished with three RBIs for Coeur d’Alene (14-2, 12-2).
Davenport had three more hits for the Vikings, finishing 6 for 7 on the day with a pair of RBIs. Leah Nordman pitched a two-hit shutout in the nightcap, striking out eight and walking one.
Coeur d’Alene travels to Lakeland on Saturday for a 2 p.m. IEL doubleheader to wrap up the regular season.
Post Falls is home vs. Bonners Ferry next Tuesday in a nonleague twinbill, then visits Sandpoint next Thursday for a makeup doubleheader to conclude the regular season.

Yount, Coleman win at Ranch Club tri-match
PRIEST RIVER — Priest River seniors Palmer Coleman and Paityn Yount were both medalists in a tri-match against Timberlake and Bonners Ferry at The Ranch Club.
Coleman shot a 3-over-par 69, including a 3-under 30 on his second time through, and Yount broke the 100-barrier for the first time with a score of 89.
Priest River's boys edged Timberlake by four strokes.
Bonners Ferry was the only girls team to have at least four players — the minimum required to post a team score.
Next up is the Timberlake Invitational on Tuesday at Twin Lakes Village Golf Club.
