COLLEGE MEN'S GOLF: Barmingham, Cardinal men lead at West Districts after first day

LOVELAND, Colo. — Mason Barmingham, a freshman from Colchester, England, is in a three-way tie for first place with a four-under-par 68 after the first round of the NJCAA West District Championship at The Olde Course on Thursday. 

NIC leads the seven-team tournament with a 278. 

Sophomore Dyson Lish, freshman Noah Moody and freshman Harrison Hashimoto are tied for sixth at 70 for NIC. 

The tournament concludes today, with the top four teams and top 10 individuals advancing to the NJCAA Tournament May 13-16 at Sand Creek Station in Newton, Kan.
