Spring Dash on Saturday

The Spring Dash to benefit the United Way of North Idaho is Saturday.

It includes a 5K, 10K, half marathon and Tot Trot. 

All courses are out and back on paved surfaces with the start and finish at the McEuen Park pavilion. These are relatively flat and fast courses that take in the view of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

The entry fee includes T-shirts, post-race food and group awards.

This event has been a staple of the regional running scene since 1982.
