Robertson, 6-foot-10 sophomore pitcher/infielder, struck out seven and allowed three hits for the Vikings in a 7-1 win against Lake City on Saturday to clinch the Inland Empire League championship. Robertson also struck out seven and allowed three runs in a 5-3 win over Lewiston on April 15. “Evan has been really consistent all season for us,” Coeur d’Alene coach Brandon Williams said. “He did a great job of hitting his spots and pitching out of trouble.”
