Celebrate Independent Bookstore Day with Well-Read Moose, Bookishly Happy

The Well-Read Moose is partnering with Bookishly Happy for Independent Bookstore Day.

Both bookstores will offer punch cards to be stamped April 25-26. If customers shop at both stores, they will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket full of bookish goodies.

The Well-Read Moose will give customers the chance to spin the prize wheel that Saturday when they spend over $35. Bookishly Happy will be giving customers a chance to pick a prize from the prize jar next Friday and Saturday when they spend $35.

"Last year we donated 10% of all sales to the Community Library Network," Liz Burkwist of the Well-Read Moose said in a Monday news release. "Customers were so thrilled with this, we decided to do it again this year."

In its 12th year, Independent Bookstore Day annually celebrates independent bookstores the last Saturday in April.

The Well-Read Moose is in Riverstone at 2048 N. Main St., Coeur d'Alene. Bookishly Happy is at 2415 N. Government Way, Suite 2, Coeur d'Alene.
