PROTEST: Hands off what?

Saturday’s Hands Off protest made me wonder. Hands off what exactly, hands off of meaningless, useless “studies” or maybe hands off virtue signaling, boutique projects in foreign countries or how perhaps hands off paying NGOs founded by liberal extended family members and friends where most of the funds go for exorbitant overhead? Tough call.
