1) How, when and why did you get into the fence industry?
I got into the fencing industry just out of high school, working with my dad. I’ve been installing for about 16 years now and I’ve had my own company since 2020.

2) How is business going these days — are you crazy busy with all the construction?
The business is going pretty good. I stay pretty busy with just word-of-mouth customers. I’d like to keep the company small to focus on quality.

3) Where does the name "Rock Bar" come from?
The name Rock Bar Fence came from the bar used to break up the dirt and move rocks in the holes. 

4) What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I feel like I’m pretty creative. If I see a picture of something, I could probably build it and I love road trips. I’ve been a roughneck for about five years. Also, I love learning new things.

5) What are some of your favorite memories from growing up in North Idaho?
My favorite things growing up were mountain biking, camping, offloading and four-wheeling North Idaho.
