Courtesy photo Jamey Parks of Coeur d'Alene took third place out of 55 riders in the Women's class at the recent Desert 100 dirt bike race in Odessa, Wash., one of the biggest dirt bike races in the U.S. "I rode 50 miles without stopping and luckily no crashes," Parks said. "Definitely had so many near misses though." The race consisted of whoops, rocky hill climbs and steep downhills.
