Hospice sets free workshop

Hospice of North Idaho invites community members to participate in a free advance care planning workshop April 16, in recognition of National Health Care Decisions Day. 

The event is designed to help individuals understand and prepare for future health-care decisions.

Two 90-minute sessions will be offered at noon and 4 p.m., each including a presentation by Hospice of North Idaho professionals, legal considerations for your plan, and understanding Medicare and other insurance options. 

Also, get insights into key documents like advance directive, living will and durable power of attorney for health care, as well as community booths offering additional resources. Registration is required to attend.
