North Idaho's Parade of Homes winners announced

COEUR d’ALENE —The North Idaho Business Contractors Association has announced the winners of the 2024 Parade of Homes awards.  

The annual event “honors the exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design and community contributions of builders in the Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint areas,” said a press release from the NIBCA.  

Awards were given in several key categories to highlight the creativity and expertise of local builders.  

The winners are:  

· Best Use of Innovation: The Alpine by Monogram Homes, The Deadwood by Monogram Homes, The Heartland by Viking Construction, The Woodford by Monogram Homes, The Quaking Aspen by Monarch Custom Homes and The CDA by Atlas Building Group. 

· Best Primary Suite: The Alpine by Monogram Homes, The Deadwood by Monogram Homes, The Heartland by Viking Construction, The Woodford by Monogram Homes, Summithouse by North Ridge Contracting and Yellowstone by Blackwell Homes & Development. 

· Best Kitchen: The Alpine by Monogram Homes, The Deadwood by Monogram Homes, Cottonwood Plus by Greenstone, Atlas Mill by StanCraft Construction Group, Summithouse by North Ridge Contracting and Yellowstone by Blackwell Homes & Development. 

· Best Interior: The Alpine by Monogram Homes, The Deadwood by Monogram Homes, Cottonwood Plus by Greenstone, The Woodford by Monogram Homes, Parkview by Sinclair Homes and The CDA by Atlas Building Group. 

· Best Exterior and Curb Appeal: The Alpine by Monogram Homes, The Deadwood by Monogram Homes, Cottonwood Plus by Greenstone, The Whistler Trail by Anthem Pacific Homes, The Bryce by Rosenberger Construction and Yellowstone by Blackwell Homes & Development. 

The Whistler Trail by Anthem Pacific Homes was awarded in the Green Home category for its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable design. 

The Deadwood by Monogram Homes received accolades in Accessible Design for inclusive design features. 

Hayden Homes was honored for Community Contribution in recognition of the company’s “significant impact and contributions to the local community.” 

The Deadwood by Monogram Homes was awarded Realtors Choice for “standout curb appeal and market value.”
