Here is a list of the veteran service offices in North Idaho:

• Benewah County does not have a county veteran service officer, please call the Idaho Division of Veterans Services for assistance.

• Boundary County Veterans Service Office: P.O. Box 419, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; 208-255-8882

• Kootenai County Veterans Services (Kootenai County veterans preferred): 120 E. Railroad Ave., Post Falls, Idaho; 208-446-1090

To apply for disability and other compensation benefits through the VA, please contact an accredited veteran service officer. Idaho State Service Officers are nationally accredited, and their services are free. County Veteran Service Officers in Idaho partner with the State Service Officers to ensure claims for veterans or their families are submitted to the VA; their services are also free.

State Service Officers and County Veteran Service Officers in Idaho can assist with or provide the resources to eligible and qualifying veterans and their families for the following benefits and services:
