LITTER: Thanks for throwing it on the road

As the highway litter pickup winds down for winter I want to thank my fellow citizens, that believe they have the God given right to throw their trash out on our highways, for following my request from last year to just throw their trash straight down on the road. It makes it so much easier than having to go up and down the swales fighting the nape weed and Western salsify. It was especially good for me this year since I had to have my hip replaced in April.  Thanks again fellow citizens for your support.
