The balance owing as of June 27, 2024, secured by the Deed of Trust on the Note (collectively “Loan Documents”), was $343,947.12; including principal, accrued interest, reconveyance fees, UCC termination fees, and liquidation fees; but excluding Beneficiary’s additional collection costs, fees, and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the obligations under the Loan Documents or in connection with this sale, such as trustee’s fees and/or reasonable attorney’s fees, as authorized in the Loan Documents.
