Idaho Housing & Finance Association  Notice of 2024 CHDO Operating Assistance Grant Application & CHDO Certification Deadline  IHFA is now accepting applications from community-based, non-profit affordable housing development organizations (CHDOs) for 2024 CHDO Certification status, and CHDO Operating Assistance Grants. CHDO Operating Grant funding is split between all eligible CHDO’s which apply and are approved for funding. The amount of funding available to each CHDO depends on individual scoring, as well as the number of approved applications. IHFA will have $200,000 available for CHDO Operating Grants in 2024. Individual grants cannot exceed $50,000.    The Organization must be a 2024 IHFA-Certified CHDO to be eligible to receive a CHDO Operating Assistance Grant.
