NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, SHOSHONE COUNTY, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Conference room, 700 Bank Street, Wallace, Idaho to take public comment on the adoption of new and increased fees for the Shoshone County Ambulance Service District. These fees periodically need to be adjusted for various services provided by the Ambulance Service District to help defray the costs of such services. This hearing is pursuant to Idaho Code § 63-1311A as the Ambulance Service District is requesting new or additional fees as well as increases in certain fees which are in excess of 5% of the current fee schedule.
