WAGGONER: Asleep at the switch?

In the Aug. 28 Coeur d'Alene Press, the headline article was regarding North Idaho College's accreditation. The college board had a meeting with consultants from the accreditation firm. 

On page 8, there is a picture of Mike Waggoner, North Idaho College's board chairman, supposedly listening to the consultants. In the picture, it appears to me he is either asleep or is totally indifferent to what the consultants are saying. Either, way this man is not who I will support for a board trustee.
