Please join us in honoring our veterans

The Coeur d'Alene Press and Shoshone News-Press are proud to announce a special Veterans Day publication dedicated to honoring the men and women from Kootenai and Shoshone counties who have served our nation. We believe it's crucial to recognize the unwavering dedication, courage and sacrifices made by these individuals and their families in defense of our freedom and values.

We're asking that you help us create a comprehensive tribute to our local veterans. Whether it's a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague, we want to hear their stories and honor their service.

The publication will feature the names of local veterans, important details of their military service and a photograph of each veteran in uniform (if available).

To participate, please fill out our online form with details about the veteran you wish to honor. You can access the form at https://tinyurl.com/2vr4t78d. We also ask that you email a photograph of the veteran, preferably in uniform, to dweeks@cdapress.com. Please ensure the photo is clear and of good quality. To ensure inclusion in our special publication, please submit all information and photos no later than Oct. 29.
