Apple Palooza, Harvest Festival set for Saturday
The Coeur d'Alene Downtown Association and the Museum of North Idaho are teaming up for fall fun Saturday.
"Join us for a day of harvest-themed fun and celebrate the rich heritage of North Idaho," a press release said.
Apple Palooza hosted by the Downtown Coeur d’Alene Association is scheduled 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
It's a chance to try apple-inspired treats like caramel apple cider floats, caramel apple cinnamon rolls and mulled apple cider.
Attendees can vote for the best-tasting apple treat in the competition for the 2024 Golden Apple Award.
Tickets, $12, include bite-sized apple treat tastings from all participating locations. Info: cdadowntown.com
The Museum of North Idaho's annual Harvest Festival is also scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at its future home at McEuen Park.
Highlights include pumpkin painting, local history demonstrations, hayrides, live music and entertainment, kids crafts and games and vendors.
"This is a great opportunity to experience the vibrant community spirit of North Idaho while supporting the museum's mission to preserve and share the region's rich history," a press release said.
The last 5th Street Farmers Harvest Market of the season is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
