COUNCIL SEAT: Austin is the best choice

Based upon the Coeur d’Alene Press article today, it should be apparent who the most qualified replacement would be.

That would be John Austin.

What this city needs, especially now, is financial leadership. With John’s financial background and accomplishments, as detailed in the article, it puts him above the other candidates. Now, more than ever, we need vision and experience, John possesses both.

Any other choice would smell like a small town, back room deal.
