CHEMTRAILS: Time to ban them

Tennessee sometime back passed a law banning geoengineering and atmospheric chemical/“chemtrail” spraying. On a regular basis, we here in North Idaho have just such atmospheric spraying of (?). What are they spraying? Why are they spraying? Why here? Once the sky is crisscrossed with the spray pattern, the sky often changes to a silver haze and often clouds over. Why do we as a conservative state for the most part allow this? Is Tennessee’s governor protecting his state’s population? Why doesn’t ours? Thank you for your attention.
