The Coeur d'Alene Symphony National Young Artist Competition's application window is now open.

This competition offers opportunities for talented young musicians to shine. Winners will earn the chance to perform alongside the Coeur d'Alene Symphony during its March 22 concert.

Ready to take the stage and leave a lasting impression? Here's how to participate:

• Sign up at cdasymphony.org

• Submit YouTube recordings showcasing musical excellence

• Complete application by paying the $75 application fee, required at the time of entry

The submission period ends Dec. 13.

The Coeur d’Alene Symphony will choose one winner from each category. Up to five winners will be chosen. Winners must be available to rehearse with the orchestra March 21 and 22. All travel expenses are the responsibility of the applicant. Winners will receive monetary prize. Maximum age is 25, except for professional vocalists whose maximum age is 30.
