SUMMARY The East Shoshone County Water District (ESCWD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to fill a roster of individual firms capable of providing Engineering Services and/or Surveying Services pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2320. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish the roster from which the ESCWD may choose to contract through individual Task Orders throughout the contract period. Each firm selected for the roster will be required to sign a Master Agreement for the specific Scope of Work. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KELLOGG IDAHO SIGN PERMITS UPDATE NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN per Idaho Code 67-6509 that the City of Kellogg Planning and Zoning Commission has set a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024 at 5:30 pm, or thereafter at Kellogg City Hall, 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg, Idaho 83837. The purpose of the hearing is to review and receive public comment on the following, and make a recommendation to City Council: ORDINANCE NO. 633 SIGN PERMITS AND REGULATIONS AMENDED AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KELLOGG, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING KELLOGG CITY CODE TITLE 11, CHAPTER 9, SECTION 11-9-8: SIGN PERMITS 11-9-8; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All persons desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing. Written testimony or comments may be sent to the City of Kellogg, attention Planning & Zoning, 1007 McKinley Avenue, Kellogg Idaho 83837. Oral and written testimony may be provided during the public hearing and submitted into the record. Persons are encouraged to submit any and all written comments by 3:00 p.m. on December 6th, 2024.
