Best Western Plus Coeur d’Alene Inn honored

COEUR d'ALENE — The Best Western Plus Coeur d’Alene Inn has been awarded the prestigious M.K. Guertin Award, the highest honor from BWH Hotels, at the brand’s annual convention recently held in Charlotte, N.C. 

The award was recently presented before an audience of nearly 2,000 hotel professionals and industry leaders. 

“The M.K. Guertin Award is presented to our most dedicated hoteliers, whose properties set the standard in quality and service and serve as exceptional representatives of our brand,” said Larry Cuculic, president and CEO of BWH Hotels, in a press release. “We are proud to recognize the Best Western Plus Coeur d’Alene Inn for creating memorable travel experiences and delivering outstanding service.”

Named after BWH Hotels’ founder, the M.K. Guertin Award recognizes hotels that exemplify excellence in service, quality, value and dedication to the brand’s values. 

"Only hotels that meet rigorous standards of quality and service are considered for this distinguished accolade," the release said. 

The Best Western Plus Coeur d’Alene Inn is one of just 111 hotels, out of over 2,300 BWH Hotels properties across the U.S. and Canada, to receive this award.
