City of Rathdrum Kootenai County, ID New City Hall Construction Advertisement for Qualifications General Notice The City of Rathdrum, Idaho (Owner) is requesting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) per Idaho Code 67-2320 to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the construction of a new City Hall building that will include all city services including the police department, parks and recreation, utility billing, community development, and administration, and public infrastructure (water, sewer, roads, including Radcliffe Rd. extension and Lancaster Rd. frontage). The property is a 30 acre property along Lancaster Rd., across from NIC. (parcel no. R00000068500).
