ADDITIONAL VIOLATIONS SHALL BE INFRACTIONS UNDER CITY CODE § 1-4-1”. ALSO, THE PENALTY PROVISION SET FORTH IN CODE SECTION 6-2-4, WHICH REGULATES THE OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS ON CITY STREETS, IS CHANGED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: “ANY PERSON CONVICTED OF A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER SHALL BE GUILTY OF AN INFRACTION, PUNISHABLE BY A FINE DETERMINED BY THE MOST RECENTLY ADOPTED VERSION OF THE IDAHO SUPREME COURT INFRACTION PENALTY SCHEDULE”.
