PROP 1: Promotes equality for all voters

Mr. Macomber, the KCRRC attorney for NIC who doubled his fee when his services to the NIC Board was cut in half has spoken. Wish I could double my rates when I fail to do my job!! 

For 2500 lawyerly words he has picked at Prop 1 for Open Primaries. What he failed to mention is the KCRRC thumb that closed Primaries in 2011 and now hand picks the furthest hard right candidates in our very Red State. North Idaho is better than more lawsuits and taxpayer money wasted by KCRRC to limit choices. 

Prop 1 is about equity for ALL voters, not just the hand picked cohort by a few. Ranked choice voting is a work around to combat a form of gerrymandering by the KCRRC and Idaho Freedom Foundation. 

Simply put -Just open primaries up again so all citizens are represented and skip all the legal nitpicking. Let 270,000 voters, half of whom are veterans who served to protect Democracy against tyranny get back their voices. Do not be snowed by Macomber and legal double speak. Just open primaries so the good people of Idaho get a voice.
