Craft fair season has arrived

Bazaars and craft fairs will be held throughout Kootenai County as the holidays draw near.

Here are some upcoming events for community members to enjoy:

Saturday, Nov. 2 

Holiday Bazaar | 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Trinity Lutheran Church, 812 N. Fifth St., Coeur d’Alene. Baked goods, quilts, crafts, Scandinavian cookies, homemade soups, pie by the slice. Cash and all major credit cards accepted. 

33rd annual Coeur d’Alene High School Holiday Craft Fair | Coeur d’Alene High School, 5530 N. Fourth St. Over 100 vendors. Holiday shopping, food, fun, raffles. Proceeds support the Viking Booster Club and Education Foundation’s New Viking Parent Committee 

Seventh annual Post Falls Holiday Craft Fair | 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Three Post Falls locations: Trailhead Event Center, 12361 Parkway Drive; Black Bay Depot, 1211 E. Third Ave.; Jacklin Arts and Cultural Center, 405 N. William St. Explore handmade crafts from local artisans. More than 40 booths. Free admission. 

Post Falls High School Fall Craft Fair | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Post Falls High School, 2832 E. Poleline Ave. More than 100 crafters, vendors and artisans. $2 entry donation suggested. 

Nov. 9 

Hayden Senior Center Christmas Bazaar | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.,1250 W. Lancaster Ave., Hayden. Baked goods, handmade items. Chili lunch or pizza slices available for $3 each. Admission: $2 

Rathdrum Craft and Farmers Market’s Handmade Holiday Craft Fair | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Rathdrum Lions Club, 16114 N. Meyer Road. 

Nov. 16 

Holiday Market | 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Elevate Academy North, 3716 E. Killdeer Ave., Post Falls. Featuring career-technical education students’ crafts in business, construction, automated manufacturing, welding, culinary and medical. Local vendors: Crafts, baked goods, jewelry, home decor, vintage clothing and more. Free admission.
