PROTESTS: No excuse for genocide

| May 29, 2024 1:00 AM

Mr. Silva, wow, your diatribe is correct in only one thing, the world is indeed watching. Only the world is not laughing at us. They are shocked at seeing what a corrupt, soulless, imperialist government this administration (and all of Capitol Hill both R and D) is.

Regardless of what you think of the Palestinians or Hamas, there is no justification for the genocide being committed by Israel. None whatsoever. How anyone can think that mass murdering, starving, withholding humanitarian aid and destroying everything and everyone in Gaza is acceptable is beyond comprehension. These are civilians-women, children, men. Pursuing Hamas does not give carte blanche to kill and destroy innocent civilians. The far right zionist powers need to answer for these crimes.

The student protesters are exercising their rights to peaceful protest. From interviews I’ve seen they are very much informed, more so than the average person. The documented violence has been from the pro-Israel protesters, not the ones supporting Free Gaza.

Let me guess, you were against the Vietnam protests too? If not, what’s different now? As far as them being cowards? How can you even make such a blatantly ridiculous statement? Just name calling and smearing with no basis in truth. Everyone has a right to their own opinions and that includes those opinions that you disagree with. A fact that this country seems to be forgetting.

And your god is certainly not laughing, nor would it be proud of this ongoing genocidal behavior of humans against other humans.
