SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 393 CALL FOR BID FOR BOILER SYSTEM DEMOLITION/INSTALLATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Wallace School District No. 393, Idaho, for the demolition/installation of the Silver Hills Elementary boiler system. PROJECT SPECIFICAITONS Full turnkey demolition/installation project. Remove the existing Weil-Mclain cast iron sectional boiler, install high efficiency condensing boilers, and re-piping the water system for a primary/secondary heating water system application. All products and installation will be in accordance with local and national codes. All products and installation will be per the manufacturer’s Installation and Operations Manual. Heating system will be a standalone application, sized, and configured to provide redundancy. If one of the boilers fail the backup boiler will take over and keep the facility warm until the issue is addressed. EXCLUSIONS Please include any proposed project exclusions.
