SOUZA: Right on with political views

Every Republican, every Democrat and every Independent should read and absorb the most recent column by Mary Souza. It is both accurate and alarming.

As an Octogenarian I have experienced many decades of U.S. and world history and politics, dating to World War II; and the causes thereof. Those causes being the rise of authoritarianism (dictators) and their tyrannical actions in 1930s Europe.

A true Democratic Republic must have two strong political parties — both pledged to the Constitution and the pillars of a democratic republic.

A thorough review of 1930s and 1940s European and world history would be enlightening as well.
