ELECTION: Lifetime Cd’Aers endorse Patzer

| May 16, 2024 1:00 AM

As lifelong residents of Coeur d’Alene, we are grateful to the people of our community who tirelessly and selflessly give their time and energy to make Coeur d’Alene a better place for all generations. One of these dedicated volunteers is Dave Patzer, and today we ask you to vote for Dave Patzer for precinct chair in precinct No. 205.

Dave Patzer is a fifth generation Kootenai County native, a veteran, a former Navy pilot and local business owner, and a fiscally conservative Republican. Dave is invested in our community as demonstrated by years of active volunteer positions and service on community boards.

Two candidates are running for precinct chair of precinct No. 205 — Dave Patzer and Brent Regan. As precinct chair, Dave Patzer’s goal is to listen and be attentive to citizens’ concerns and requests. Unlike Brent Regan, Dave Patzer will support what is in the best interest of his community and its people; he will not represent himself or the doctrine set up by Brent Regan, who has an authoritative agenda.

Additionally, our community does not benefit from the “rating and vetting” from a select committee for potential candidates Brent Regan supports. Doesn’t that process take away choices from the rest of us?

Citizens of Coeur d’Alene, your vote does matter. Vote for Dave Patzer and the other candidates sponsored by the North Idaho Republicans. They have the skills, morals and ethics to protect our choices, thoughtfully manage our taxpayer dollars, and bring stability back to our community.
