ELECTION: Time to grab the handle
In all my 50 years of voting in Kootenai County, I’ve never seen precinct committee signs out.
I’ve never known or cared who my committee person was. I’ve always voted my bank account — if times are good you keep the elected you have. If not, change them.
I’m watching what’s going on with the KCRCC, which is a club and nothing more than that. NIC for one, making excuses for some stupid boys on Sherman, alienating yourself from 100 pretty girls. You can’t get any stupider than that. The big one — I contacted Steve Widmyer to rent a portion of the Fort Ground Grill for a homecoming party for my daughter after a long overseas deployment. Steve gave Nicole his restaurant for a party of 60 people. I wasn’t allowed to pay a dime. I was ridiculed by Jeff Tyler for this. That shows how sick in the head these people are. Being good to a child is the only real measure of a man. Jeff Tyler should know this, seeing as how he’s our Founding Father’s baby daddy, at least in his vivid imagination.
I’ve watched horrendous allegations against a good decent man, Dave Patzer, who’s running against Brent Regan for precinct committeeman. Brent’s ego needs to control at any expense. I watched so many good people turn sour at his command, good people now with nothing to offer anyone but Brent Regan. What a waste.
What I’m trying to say is it’s well past time to flush that toilet. The flies are starting to gather.
