THANKS: Press election videos essential to voters
My husband and I relocated to Coeur d’Alene from Montana 10 months ago. Everyone we have encountered has been welcoming and extremely friendly; it’s a great place to live.
It was important for us to determine the political climate and history of the area and what leaders are chosen to keep family values, conservative views, constitutional freedoms, and love of America in their sights when making decisions. After reading daily Letters to the Editor, My Turns and Press Editorials it became crystal clear the political infighting is substantial and not to be trusted on any level.
We didn’t know where to turn to get the truth about candidates and who may (or may not) be funding/backing them. The only saving grace to this dilemma was the “Meet the Candidates” tab on the front page of The Press website. Thank you, thank you! We watched all the videos and have no doubt whatsoever who the most qualified candidates are.
I urge everyone to watch these videos and vote according to what you actually SEE with your own eyes. “Vetting” your own choices is critical.
Please don’t trust the numerous flyers, signs, The Press printed words or what other people tell you. These videos will inform you exactly who you need to vote for, without any outside influence.
Thank you Coeur d’Alene Press.
