Smith + Malek Attorneys hires Oman as COO

Smith + Malek Attorneys has hired Jessica Oman as its chief operations officer. Oman is based at Smith + Malek’s Spokane office. Her previous roles included director of strategy & operations at a regional law firm and chief of staff at a consulting firm, where she engaged as a strategist on many consulting projects.

Oman holds a master of business administration from Eastern Washington University, and has a Women in Entrepreneurial Leadership certificate from the University of Washington. Her calling is in helping people identify and attain their full potential, which she does in a professional capacity by blending her operational efficiency and people-centered leadership.

Rishsew named Mountain West Bank vice president
