Kelly Jo Brewer, 65

Kelly Jo Brewer, 65, passed away Feb. 17, 2024. She was born Oct. 13, 1958, to Melvita (Beta) Brewer and Robert Hogan of Spokane, Wash.

Kelly is preceded in death by her mother, Melvita (Beta) Brewer, father Bob Hogan and Dad Norman Brewer, as well as two brothers, Todd Brewer and Scott Hogan.

She is survived by her two beautiful children, Kyle Evenson and Haley Hiatt; two grandchildren, Hunter and Harper; stepmother Judy Hogan; her four sisters, Sharlee Colby, Donna Newman, Becky Brewer/Ross and Tonya Hogan/Stone; two brothers, Jay Smith and Casey Brewer; and numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Kelly was an amazing woman, and most would say one of the funniest people they had ever met. Wherever she went laughter was sure to follow. It never mattered your mood; Kelly could brighten your day. Her love was unconditional, she knew how to be tough in soft situations and when to be soft in tough situations.

Kelly’s loved ones will continue to share her love, laughter and stories. We will keep her light alive and carry it with us always! Words can’t describe how much she will be missed.

There will be a celebration of life Saturday, March 23, from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Coeur d'Alene Eagles (upstairs), 209 Sherman Ave., Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814.
