NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RATHDRUM CITY COUNCIL “NEW FEES & FEE INCREASE” The Rathdrum City Council will hold a Public Hearing on March 27, 2024 commencing at 6:00 PM.   The purpose of this Public Hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code Section 63-1311A, is to hear testimony regarding the adoption and implementation of the updated City of Rathdrum Fee Schedule, which said updated schedule will include any proposed fee increase beyond 5%, or the proposed imposition of a new fee and will explain the reasons for such action.
