NIC SOFTBALL: Cardinals go 1-1 to open NWAC crossover

PASCO, Wash. — North Idaho College moved to 6-2 on the season after splitting games to open a Northwest Athletic Conference crossover at the Pasco Sporting Complex.

NIC beat Highline of Des Moines, Wash., 33-0 before falling 8-6 to Mt. Hood of Gresham, Ore.

NIC concludes the crossover against Lower Columbia College today at 8:30 a.m., then faces Centralia at 1:30 p.m.
