STATE TIMBER SALE CR225081, STATELINE CABLE A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 3258 W. Industrial Loop, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815, at 9:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 for an estimated 2,930 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser. Notice of Request for Statements of Qualifications City of Coeur d’Alene water department Northeast tank – transmission main PRoject The City of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the Northeast Tank - Transmission Main Project. The Project generally consists of open cut installation of approximately 7,700 linear feet of 16-inch diameter water main and 400 linear feet of 12-inch water main, including water service installation, paving, miscellaneous surface restoration, and other related work.   Actual bid quantities may change pending the final design of the project. The estimated project cost is between $3,500,000 and $4,500,000. It is anticipated that the project will bid in March 2024 with a contract duration of approximately one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days. Commencement of the Contract is anticipated to begin no later than 45 calendar days from date of the Contract. The City reserves the right to cancel or postpone bidding, or award a contract for the project. The Informational Packet contains the project description, SOQ Form and requirements, and evaluation criteria. South Fork of Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District, Page Wastewater Treatment Plant: Shoshone County, Idaho Aggregate Pier Installer Procurement  Request for Qualifications The South Fork Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District (SFSD) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Aggregate Pier Installers (APIs) interested in constructing aggregate piers for the Page Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Tertiary Treatment Improvement Project. Separate sealed Responses for the South Fork Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District – Aggregate Pier Installer Procurement Project will be received by the South Fork Coeur d’Alene River Sewer District in Shoshone County, Idaho until 3:00 PM local time, April 3, 2024. The SFSD’s system is not capable of accepting files larger than 10MB in a single email.  Project Summary: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process is to prequalify Aggregate Pier Installer (APIs) for participation in the competitive bidding process for supply and installation of aggregate piers in accordance with Idaho Statute of 67-2805 Category B competitive bidding procedures. The Category B competitive bidding process consists of two stages - an initial stage to prequalify prospective APIs based on the SFSD qualification criteria for the project, followed by a bidding stage during which bids will be accepted only from prequalified APIs.  This RFQ does not commit the SFSD to enter into any contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a bid or proposal.
