CITY OF COEUR D’ALENE STREET AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT INDEPENDENCE POINT STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NOTICE FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by the City Clerk, Coeur d’Alene, 710 E.
