Parade to highlight Hayden Days

HAYDEN — The annual Hayden Days Celebration is scheduled July 26-27 at McIntire Family Park. It will include a parade, pancake breakfast, car show, music, kids activities and a beer and wine garden. Over 70 food and product vendors will be on hand.

The Hayden Days Parade will begin at 10 a.m. July 27 and will run along Government Way, starting at Hayden Avenue and ending at Honeysuckle Avenue. It will include the 2023 Distinguished Veteran of the Year and Grand Marshal Christopher Spatz.

The Northern Lakes Fire Protection District will host a pancake breakfast at the Northern Lakes Fire Station for $7 from 7 to 9:30 a.m. July 27.

The Hayden Days Festival will highlight the Kelly Hughes Band on Friday night and The Rhythm Dawgs on Saturday night, both starting at 5:30 p.m. 

The Hayden Senior Center Line Dancers will be performing at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, and there will be a Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office K-9 demonstration at noon. The annual Hayden’s Got Talent Show will be held from 12:45 to 3:15 p.m.
