VETERANS PRESS: Hey Vietnam veterans, did you know…

| June 25, 2024 1:00 AM

If you had “Boots on the ground in Vietnam” and you have Parkinson’s Disease or prostrate cancer it is presumed to have been caused by “Agent Orange” exposure and you are automatically eligible for VA health care benefits and a monthly disability check.

For more information or help in filing a claim, contact the Kootenai County Veteran Services Office in Post Falls at 208-446-1092 and they can help you enroll in the VA medical system and get you to a Veteran Service Officer to help file your claim.

“Does this sound like someone you know?”

Give them this information and help them get to the Veteran Service Center.

For more information, see the North Idaho Resource Directory section in this publication.

Note: Parkinson’s and Prostrate Cancer are only 2 of the 19 “presumptive” diseases.
