Kootenai Warriors Trap Team wins first at state for third consecutive year

The Kootenai Warriors Trap Team has done it again.

The Kootenai Shooting Sports nonprofit was proud to announce young shooting athletes from the Kootenai Joint School District in Harrison were once again victorious at the Idaho Trap Shooting State Tournament. The Idaho State High School Clay Target League event was held Saturday at the Boise Gun Club Trap and Skeet in Kuna.

Gavin Tiller, Seth Cook, Sadie Rose Davidson, Noah Cook and Noah Castles were on the Top Overall Team.

Second place varsity male: Gavin Tiller

First place varsity female, second year in a row: Sadie Rose Davidson

Second place varsity female: Hunter Charles

First place junior varsity female: Dani Davidson

Third place junior varsity female: Taryn John

More than a dozen high school teams featuring nearly 100 student athletes participated in the Idaho Trap Shooting State Tournament.

    Sadie Rose Davidson was the first place varsity female for the second year in a row at the Idaho State High School Clay Target League's Idaho Trap Shooting State Tournament, held Saturday in Kuna.
