NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Aquifer Protection District Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25 The Kootenai County Aquifer Protection District Policy and Budget Committee will conduct a Public Hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code § 39-507, to solicit public comment regarding its proposed budget and work elements for Fiscal Year 2024-25. Following a short presentation by the Committee, citizens and cooperating agencies will have the opportunity to make comments regarding the Committee’s proposed budget and work elements for Fiscal Year 2024-25, which runs from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. The general time frame for such comments will be limited to 5 minutes with reasonable adjustments to that time frame available upon request. Computer projector and other basic presentation materials will be available at the meeting.  The Committee may conduct deliberations following the Public Hearing, or at a later date, to consider the testimony given and any other comments received, and to recommend a final Aquifer Protection District budget for adoption by the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners, which is the governing board for the Aquifer Protection District.
