ORDINANCE NO. 626 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KELLOGG, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 625, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND ADOPTING A NEW KELLOGG CITY CODE TITLE 11, CHAPTER 9, SECTION 11-9-8: SIGN PERMITS.  Whereas, the previously assigned Ordinance Number 625 had already been allocated; and  Whereas, each ordinance must be numbered separately and consecutively; and Whereas, it is necessary to correct the scrivener’s error of the duplicate ordinance number by assigning a new number to conform to the sequential organization of ordinances;  BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kellogg, Shoshone County as follows:  Section 1. Notice of Public Forum,  Public Comment Period, and Public Hearing on the City’s CDBG Annual Action Plan  The City of Coeur d’Alene will be drafting an Annual Action Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for plan year (PY) 2024.
