BASKETBALL

The Viking Basketball Camp, for boys and girls throughout the area entering grades K-7, is scheduled for June 17-19 from 9 a.m. to noon each day at Coeur d'Alene High School.

Coeur d'Alene High boys basketball coach Jon Adams, and new Viking girls basketball coach Stacy Boyd head the instructional staff, which also includes Viking assistant coaches and former and current players.

Cost is $75 per camper — check only.

Boys and girls may sign up the first day of camp prior to 9 a.m.

Three Lake City High School seniors were awarded the John Plum Memorial Scholarship. These three seniors are all former Hayden Little League baseball players and will play in college next year.
